  • Can I Pre-Order?

    Yes. Most takeaway on our platform that are open (not closed on that day) will take pre-order.

  • I want to order for a specific time?

    Sure you can do it. While checking out, you can leave a note as well as selecting delivery or collection time to your preference.

  • I have allergy

    You can leave a note about your food allergy while checking out. And You can also call the takeaway directly and speak with the chef.

  • How do I ask for Refund?

    All refund needs to be requested at the respective takeaway or restaurant. Once that restaurant or takeaway confirms the refund, we will process it back to your card.
