- mealnight.com is a limited company registered in England and Wales. Company number: 14845416.
- You must be 18 years or older to use our website and services.
2. Platform Usage
- We provide a communication and order-placement platform between users and takeaway/restaurant owners.
- You must agree with our customer service charge when placing an order.
3. Orders and Delivery
- Your name, number, and address are passed to the respective restaurant or takeaway to fulfill your order.
- You must provide allergy information in the "note for kitchen" section if applicable.
4. Marketing Communications
- Each time you place an order, you will be automatically subscribed to SMS and marketing promotional communications.
5. Payments and Refunds
- We do not store your payment information.
- Refund requests must be made within 3 hours of placing the order and may also be submitted to the respective takeaway.
- Refunds can only be processed after acceptance by the respective takeaway or restaurant.
- We can only process your refund if you made the payment online.
- Once the meal is cooked, we cannot guarantee a full refund.
6. Data and Privacy
- We do not share, distribute, or expose your data to third parties, except for order fulfillment and legal requirements.
- You have the right to access, modify, or request deletion of your data by contacting us directly.
- Your data is securely stored and used only for order fulfillment, service improvement, and (with consent) marketing.
- Payments are handled through secure, PCI-compliant third-party gateways.
7. Cookies and Tracking
- We use cookies and modern tracking technologies to enhance your user experience.
8. User-Generated Content & Reviews
- When submitting a review, you consent to your full name (as provided during checkout) being displayed publicly with your review.
